AE AIR STARTER RETROFIT

AE Air Starter model: Ingersoll-Rand ST699BR03L51

Cause: vessel air starter breakdown, the same model air starter out of stock, Renew and replace the air starter Assy with accessories onbaord by local brand(ELLEM T900 Series Turbine Air Starters).

1. Preliminary inspection onboard: our engineers onsite check and measure critical connection size.

2. Retrofit project design and prepare material(including air starter with all accessories)

3. Remove old air starter

4. Some teethes damaged on the AE gear rim, our engineer carried out calibration on thoes teethes onsite:

5. Install new air starter with all accrssories

6. Retrofit project done, the new air starter keep to same outline/space in engine room as old one,

the new air starter tested by vessel and fully accepted, the new air starter with 18-month warranty.
